Wes Tower, Managing Partner

Hard working, detail oriented, and excellent customer service provider are all words that describe Wes Tower, your premier mortgage banker for Atlantic Prime Mortgage.  For 19 years, Wes has been finding the best loans for customers in the Annapolis and Greater Washington/Baltimore regions.  He has consistently been ranked as one of the top loan originators in the country. 

Wes will give you top-notch customer service while originating your new home or refinance loan.  He is extremely detailed oriented and thorough throughout the process.  Wes’s professional manor and down-to-earth personality make him easy to work with.  He is up to date on all the recent changes in the industry and is acutely aware of how to get you the very best loan with the least amount of hassle.  

Wes grew up in Connecticut and got his degree in business at Colorado State University.  He, his wife, and three young boys live in Annapolis.  Wes is very active in his community where he serves on several boards for community based and environment volunteer groups.  Wes has many hobbies, which include fishing, boating, skiing/snowboarding, cooking, biking and coaching various youth teams. 

David Jones, Managing Partner

David entered the mortgage business in 1998 and has since built an excellent reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and reliable Mortgage Advisors in the Annapolis area. He has funded over 1680 loans since entering the business 20 years ago. As the President of Atlantic Prime Mortgage, he has applied his high standard for excellence to the guidance and growth of the company.

When he’s not helping his clients finance homes, David enjoys spending time with his Wife and three young children. He is very active in the local community coaching youth sports. David is a graduate of St. Mary’s High School where he serves on the board of directors for the Alumni Association. He graduated from the University of Virginia where he was a Two-time All-American lacrosse player and National Champion runner-up.

Scott Dostal, Managing Partner

Scott Dostal has over 20+ years in residential finance. During his tenure in the mortgage industry,  he has settled close to a billion dollars in residential mortgage loans.   Coastal Delaware's top real-estate agents recognize Scott as an extremely well-rounded partner, well versed in all aspects of Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA loan programs. Perhaps Scott's greatest attribute is his competitive nature combined with an outgoing, friendly demeanor. For him it is always about getting things done and done extremely well. His number one priority is Customer Service.  It does not matter if you are a Real Estate Agent/Broker, Home Builder, first-time or seasoned Homebuyer or an Investor, Scott wants you to have the very best experience as you go through the loan process.  He is always available to assist you with all your real estate and mortgage needs.

Scott is a member of many local organizations including Sussex County Assoc. of Realtors® and Rehoboth/Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce.  When not spending time with his wife and two young boys on the beautiful Delaware beaches, he can sometimes be found playing one of the local golf courses. Scott is licensed in DE, MD, PA, VA and NJ.  

Rocco Kling, Loan Officer

Annapolis Native Rocco Kling is one of the newest members of the Atlantic Prime Mortgage team. Rocco has spent nearly his whole life in the Annapolis area. Graduate of St. Mary’s high school in 2015, he then went on to the University of Maryland to pursue a major degree in Economics and a minor in Business Management. After graduating, Rocco dove into the mortgage industry early to learn the basics at NewDay USA and was most recently employed by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage before landing home at APM. Rocco’s biggest strengths include his transparency, creativity, and communication skills throughout the loan process, always making sure the borrower is informed and comfortable.  

Outside the work setting you can find Rocco fishing and crabbing on the South River, in the fairway on the golf course, or somewhere watching the Washington Capitals!
 

Tammy Dostal, Operations Manager

Tammy joined Atlantic Prime Mortgage as the team’s Operations Manager in 2020. She graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S in Marketing/Management and Wilmington University with a M.S. in Management and Management of Information Systems. She comes to the team with an extensive background in Project Management and Contract Administration.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Tammy remembers her first time seeing the ocean at 13 years old; she fell in love and had always wanted to move closer to it. So when the opportunity arose for her and her husband to move to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware in 2005, they couldn’t pass it up! Living at the beach has been a dream come true and being able to raise her two young sons here has been even better.
 

Bobbie Jo Anderson, Loan Processor

Bobbie Jo joined Atlantic Prime Mortgage in 2020 with over 20 years in the finance industry. She attended Penn State University while studying business management. Bobbie Jo began working in the insurance industry as a commercial insurance agent  in Gettysburg Pennsylvania where she achieved her Certified Insurance Counselor designation. After relocating to the Lewes/Rehoboth Beach area, she became an insurance broker and focused on life insurance and annuities, later adding the placing of commercial loans with various lenders.
 
Bobbie Jo takes pride in her communication and problem solving skills. She enjoys helping our clients complete their loan process in a timely an efficient manner. Bobbie Jo works exceptionally well in fast-paced environments driven by tight deadlines. 
 
When not working, Bobbie Jo spends her time with her husband and their four daughters boating and enjoying the beach lifestyle.  She and her husband also enjoy long college visits with their girls and attending many of the college sporting events.
